Frédéric Holzmann is a distinguished robotics expert who earned his doctorate degree in robotics from the Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland in 2005. Following his academic achievements, he transitioned to industry and began his career at SiemensVDO in Regensburg, where he contributed to various electrical engineering architecture design projects for European clients.

In 2008, Frédéric Holzmann seized a new opportunity at Intedis, the Joint Venture between Hella and LEONI, where he excelled in leading global electrical engineering architecture projects. His exceptional leadership skills and technical acumen led to his promotion to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position in 2016.

In 2019, Frédéric Holzmann embarked on a new chapter by joining LEONI Wiring Division, where he spearheads innovative initiatives and drives advancements in the field. Currently serving as a key figure in customer electrical engineering architecture projects and product innovation, Frédéric Holzmann continues to make significant contributions to the industry through his expertise and visionary leadership.
